RESET PASSWORD

  1. To reset your password, enter your Mailing Address Zip Code, PIN, 16 digit EBT Card number, and your Password twice for confirmation.

  2. Your password must be between 8 and 10 characters long and must have a combination of numeric, uppercase alphabetic, and lowercase alphabetic characters. Your password is case-sensitive and must be changed every 45 days. It cannot be the same as your last 10 passwords.

  3. Click on the SUBMIT button when done.
